RE: Quentin Morgan #1404237 Sentence Commutation

Dear Mr. Youngkin

On behalf of Quentin Morgan and his family, I humbly request that you grant Quentin's request for a commutation. Quentin is serving a 48-year sentence for a crime he committed when he was 20 years old. He has served the sentence recommend in his guidelines and has proven to be a redeemed man.

[Insert your own thoughts about Quentin's Case here, or use the following language, if applicable:] I learned about Quentin's case through my/his (pastor, friend, family, etc). I feel Quentin is deserving of a second chance and forgiveness. He has overcome a lot of the immaturity problems he had at his younger age, became a strong and dedicated man of principle, has a good behavioral record and has served as a mentor and role model to many of the younger prisoners while he has been in prison. He has been rehabilitated and has a loving and supportive family and community waiting to help him I he is released.

I respectfully ask you to let Quentin go home. He admits he broke the law and deserves to be punished but 48 years is too long considering his guidelines. I support Quentin's commutation request and respectfully ask you to show him mercy and let him go home to take care of his family or otherwise modify his sentence to a shorter active amount of time incarcerated. Thank you for considering my views.

Sincerely,
